The Ebb and The Flow is the manifestation of my spiritual healings and my creative works. I view art through a spiritual lens. Whether it’s striving to capture the true essence of the subject through a camera lens, intuitively painting with my hands or oratory channeling through cards, I approach each moment with a deep respect and reverence towards the energy that is in front of me.

I have always been a very sensitive person. At the age of 21, I realized that I was in deep need of healing. What started as free counseling sessions through my university, led me to meditation and Tibetan Buddhism which set me on the path to become a student and practitioner of Shamanism.

Creativity and healing go hand and hand. I firmly believe that the path of healing directly requires the decolonization of the mind in tangent with radical love and compassion for ourselves and others.
